Telnet Communications Europe are experts in the provisioning of network connections between switches, hubs, routers and all other network equipment. All necessary patching and documentation can also be provided. In addition we provide the allocation of IP addresses and network ID's. Upgrading of RAM, Servers, Mac's and PC's along with the replacement of motherboards, modems, network and SCSI cards are also part of our standard service.
Maintenance
Service level agreements covering the maintenance of entire local area and wide area network infrastructures are available. These agreements can include management, traffic analysis and fault rectification.
Stock Holding
Telnet Communications Europe provide stockholding facilities either on our own premises or bonded in a third party warehouse. These facilities are most useful when implementing large infrastructure projects where 'just in time' project management techniques are necessary. Accurate stock control and fast call off times can be achieved by using this method.
Stock holding is also useful where customers require many moves adds & changes and space availability in customer premises is at a premium. Telnet Communications Europe have their own transport facilities for delivering locally but for customers further a field the use of logistics suppliers can be arranged.
Account Management
Account Management is at the core of Telnet Communications Europe's philosophy. The need for close interaction with our clients to enable a clear understanding of their requirements has led us to instigate our detailed account management programme. This includes the appointment of either a senior manager or director to personally oversee all aspects of the account.
The advantage this gives is instant escalation to the most senior level should any problems arise. Monthly meetings and reporting procedures will identify any unforeseen circumstance as soon as it appears and enables swift resolution.
